Psychology Workshops
New & Future Leaders Program
We fast track potential to performance – by empowering new and future leaders with the critical capabilities to understand and lead people.
This is a modular program that can be an intensive 2-day course, through to a 3-month part-time program. Often this includes scenario-based training for real-world application opportunities.
A bespoke course, our initial conversation will help guide areas of focus, which typically include:
- Leading self – perceptions, reflections and self-awareness including applied emotional intelligence.
- Leading Others – building, managing and sustaining individuals and teams through authentic leadership.
- Communication – competence and confidence to communicate at different levels and the frameworks for others to do the same.

Existing Leader Programs
Our bespoke programs give existing leaders specific support, through developing a skillsets, mindsets and approaches to overcome challenges or exploit opportunities.
